I am wife to Russ, mother to Sandy, Jim, Melissa, Doug and Jesseca, grandmother to 11 wonderful grandchildren which includes 1 super grandson. I love to quilt, read and spend time with my grandkids. Our family comes first in all things, of course our pets are family. We have 2 dogs, Molly, 11 yr, a rescue Beagle; and George Henry a terrier/beagle mix...found wandering the streets.
I made my first Dear Jane Block at 0'Dark-30 this am. Couldn't sleep, so got up and hand pieced this block...A-1. After finishing this one, I cut out A-2 and it is all ready to be pieced. Is anyone else out there handpiecing their Dear Janes?
The blue runner I finished last weekend...and Russ spilled wax on it...but I still like it!
I'm handpiecing my Dear Jane blocks too! But you're a heck of a lot more productive than I am. :) I think doing 2 per week is probably right at my limit.
