Wall Hanging
I finished this small wall hanging yesterday...the fabrics are my hand dyes. The background fabric has paint sticks rubbed over a template. Then I embellished with beads and crystals. It was a fun piece to make...it is for my sister, Francie.

Hi Cheri, I think I know you from WASIQ, right??? I have been off list for a few years and just now got re-signed up. I worked so many hours for a while that I didn't have time to do anything, including quilting. I just started my own blog, it's fun, but like you said, sometimes things don't go as planned. Quite a learning curve for me. I love your quilts and envy you getting surgery, I don't have insurance that covers it and my BMI isn't quite high enough, but I sure can't lose! Darn! Let me know if you are the same Cheri, I think you are. I used to live in Woodland, WA, now in Vancouver.
