I finished some more Dear Jane blocks...I think I'll redo block A-3...hopefully better! I'm having a lot of fun doing these blocks...my applique skills should be much better by the time the quilt top is finished...lol.

I finished some more Dear Jane blocks...I think I'll redo block A-3...hopefully better! I'm having a lot of fun doing these blocks...my applique skills should be much better by the time the quilt top is finished...lol.

Done is better than perfect! You are so smart to do the blocks in order. I've been choosing the ones I like to do and spend more time looking through the blocks than actually making them. I love the way you are putting the blocks right into the book. It makes it so easy to see your progress.
Good luck with the blocks!! I've done only about 10 (in like 10 years!).
A suggestion for dealing with the book: I cut the binding off of mine and put every page in a plastic page protector inside of a 3 ring binder...everything lays nice and flat (good for tracing) and each finished block gets shoved right into the page protector.
